The Weight Watchers At Work program is available to anyone wanting to live a healthy life.
This is an education-based program in the areas of healthy nutrition, movement and behaviour change. It is a program that will support staff in all areas of wellbeing including weight loss, weight maintenance, work/life balance, healthy eating, healthy ageing, low GI foods and BMI assessments.
Tuesdays at 1.00pm
Venue: HRU Training Rooms, Level 6, Building 10 (near Wattle St lifts)
