The program specifically targets women aged 50-69 years, because it is in this age range that mammographic screening is most effective in saving women's lives. Women aged 40-49 and over 70 years are eligible to attend, but may have to wait for a suitable appointment as priority for appointments will be given to women aged 50-69 years.

NSW Health - My Health Record
My Health Record is a folder where you can keep information about you or your child's health in one place. It holds information about a patient's medical condition and treatment recommended by doctors and other health care providers. In this way it is easy for all involved to keep track of the treatment that has been given. The record is voluntary, held in your ownership and can only be accessed with your permission.
Medical records can become scattered and difficult to track. People with chronic conditions may find this folder particularly useful in keeping tracks of appointments, medications, test results etc.
Please ask your Health Care Provider if you would like a FREE copy of My Health Record. See NSW Health's My Health Record website for more information.
